Where exposure therapy
is available today

Exposure therapy can be hard to find. Our mission is to make effective, evidence-based exposure therapies accessible to all. Our map updates in real time as new providers join and our coverage increases. You can help by sharing this page and inviting any therapists that would be a good fit.

What the empty space means

A blank region is not a region without anxiety. It is a region with nobody trained to treat it the way the evidence says it should be treated — or nobody who has been asked to list. Both are fixable, and the second one is fixable by you.

Telehealth closes some of it

Licensure generally covers a whole jurisdiction, so a clinician in one city can often work with anyone in that state or country. Filtering to telehealth is the single biggest thing you can do to widen a thin local result. It works: remote exposure has been studied extensively and holds up. The evidence, and where it gets harder.

Invitations close the rest

The map only grows when clinicians join it. If someone near you does real exposure work, send their name.
